Hrund Gunnsteinsdottir's documentary talks about how modern people rely too much on rational thought and not enough on intuition. Although the topic is interesting, the documentary does not explain its ideas very well and does not provide enough evidence to back up its arguments. The transitions between ideas are also not very smooth. Despite this, it is still an enjoyable documentary to watch.
The documentary "Watch, Watch" focuses on educating young children on the importance of empathy and the wrongness of violence. It also questions why people in the country are not being taught these qualities. Additionally, it looks at how modern life has dulled our instincts. I highly recommend watching this documentary.
In the documentary on Netflix about him, it is said that intuition is more natural and kind than thinking logically. The phrase "the sea inside me" is an Icelandic phrase that means looking at things from the inside out.

The outside world is so loud and distracting that it makes it hard to hear our own inner thoughts and feelings.
